About Us

One Digital is a proudly owned brand of One Market New Zealand Limited, created in response to the growing demand for reliable mobile services, digital products, and practical technology solutions.

We started One Digital because we personally experienced many of the common frustrations customers face when seeking device repairs and tech support. Too often, people are charged unreasonable prices without proper guarantees. In many cases, customers are not clearly told what parts are being used in their repairs or whether those parts are of good quality. We saw a clear gap in the market for a service that is transparent, trustworthy, and customer-focused.

At One Digital, our goal is to fill that gap.

We believe customers deserve honest advice, fair pricing, quality parts, and dependable workmanship. That is why we are committed to providing repair and digital support services with transparency and care. We clearly communicate the work being carried out, use reliable parts, and aim to give customers confidence in every service we provide.

We also understand that not everyone has the time or convenience to visit a repair centre. To make things easier, we offer a Book a Visit service, where our technicians come directly to the customer once a booking is made. Wherever possible, we carry out repairs on the spot and provide a range of other digital-related services for both residential and commercial customers.

Our team consists of skilled technicians who are selected for their expertise, professionalism, and ability to handle a wide range of technical issues. Whether it is a phone, laptop, computer, tablet, or another digital device, we aim to provide practical solutions you can rely on.

We plan to offer a carefully selected collection of computers, laptops, mobile phones, accessories, and other technology devices at reasonable prices, helping customers access both quality service and quality products in one place.
